Montenegro Nation Branding

Montenegro National Branding             Eurovision Song Contest is a place where many people all around the world get a three-minute glimpse of each country who participates. Montenegro on Stage

Montenegro on Stage Montenegro has been participating in the Eurovision Song Contest with Yugoslavia and Serbia. In 2007 Montenegro made their debut as their own country. Montenegro reached the grand-final twice and in 2015 it got 13 th place. The way that Montenegro chooses their participant is by randomly drawing from a pool of applicants. National identity is also a way that someone could differentiate themselves from others around them. Breaking down one’s national identity comes with challenges because within a nation, there are many “other” groups that compete for an identity. “Other” groups are the minorities within the majority. Minorities within the majority, for example, would be a small ...
Hello and welcome to threeminutesMontenegro. My blog will focus on Montenegro's participation in the Eurovision Song Contest. Montenegro finally made their debut as a separate nation in 2007. I decided on Montenegro because of their 2017 performance, it blew me away. Another reason my Montenegro was one of my top pick was because I had never heard of Montenegro, so I decided that this will be a great opportunity for myself to learn about Montenegro. To end this on a small note, I would like to give a huge thank you in advice for going on this journey with me.
